How we'll work
Practical tools to shift the thoughts and patterns that keep you stuck.
Building a kinder, steadier relationship with yourself — especially around shame and self-criticism.
Sessions are 53 minutes. I recommend weekly to start, then we adapt to your needs and goals.
In person & online
Meet in the Cottonwood Heights office, or from the comfort of home by secure telehealth. Many clients mix both.
Fees & insurance
If you haven't met your deductible, you'll cover a portion of the session fee. Once it's met, copays typically range from $0–$40.
Not using insurance? I can provide a superbill to submit for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Reaching out is the hardest part. When you're ready, I'm here — by call, text, or email.
