About
Meet Ali Doman
A psychologist who leads with kindness, empathy, and human connection — and ten years of experience helping people feel more like themselves.
Hi, I'm Ali (she/her), a psychologist with ten years of experience, deeply committed to fostering growth and healing through empathy and understanding.
In my practice, I focus on creating a relaxed and welcoming environment where individuals of all backgrounds feel respected and valued. My expertise spans working with the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with eating disorders, and concerns like anxiety, depression, relational struggles, faith crises, women's issues, and low self-worth.
Using a range of techniques — from cognitive-behavioral therapy to compassion-focused therapy — my goal is to empower you with resilience and self-awareness, and the practical tools and insight for lasting change. Above all, my work is centered on kindness, empathy, and human connection, as we cultivate resilience and discover joy, together.
My approach
Warm and relaxed, grounded in evidence.
A relationship first
Therapy works when you feel safe. Our early sessions are about getting to know each other, finding fit, and shaping goals that are truly yours.
Tailored techniques
I draw from CBT through compassion-focused therapy, matching the approach to you and what you're facing — not the other way around.
Affirming & inclusive
People of every background, identity, and story are welcome here. I work to honor who you are and where you're going.
